Sis. Lindsey

My name is Sis. Lindsey. I am West Philadelphia born and raised. I attended Delaware State University for my undergraduate studies, where I majored in Business Management. Later, I attended Drexel University for my graduate studies, where I majored in Elementary Education. Upon my graduation, I became an educator with the School District of Philadelphia.

My decision to be an educator is rooted in my love of being a lifetime learner. I enjoy gather new information and learning about new topics. As an educator, I can help children develop a love for learning. Through gaining this love of learning, everyone is awarded with opportunities to be successful and contributing members of our communities. I am given the opportunity to be a part of that process for children daily and that brings me great joy. I hope this has given you better understanding of me and I look forward to joining the Sankofa family.
